We know this is a hard choice for you. You are doing an amazing thing in helping another couple become a family. We fully intend to raise our child in a home with tons of love and support. The health, education, and mental well-being of our child will be our top priority. You will never have to wonder if your child is in good hands. And we will be excited to keep you informed and contacted to the extent that you are comfortable.

There are many types of open adoptions. We are quite excited to work with you to ensure that we create an openness plan that is best for you, us, and most of all, the child. From something as simple as a letter and card to more complex as a video call to more intimate as an in-person visit, we will work with you and our adoption agency, Adoption Connection, to reach the best solution for everyone.
